The selection moves through the whole menu: black tea, green tea, herbal tisanes and wellness blends. Recent boxes have included Earl Grey, Berry Antioxidant, Lemon Myrtle & Ginger, Mint Variation, Sleep Time Tea and Australian Chai. Every tea is hand blended in small batches in Melbourne, and the box is packed from whatever was blended that week, so the nine change from one order to the next.
Each pouch carries its own brewing card with the water temperature, the steep time, and whether the leaves take a second infusion. There is enough in each for at least five cups, around forty-five across the box. Enough to drink each tea more than once, which is the only honest way to know whether it belongs in your cupboard.
