If you receive the wrong thing

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong tea you can keep the incorrect tea and we will send you what you originally ordered. We will send you the correct or missing tea or product, free of charge.


Damage in transit

Any teaware or tea that is damaged in transit will be replaced, free of charge. You will not be charged for the postage to send you your replacement. We will request to see some photos of the damage.


Change of mind

If you wish to request a refund because you have had a change of mind, we will honour a refund as long as you’ve contacted us within 30 days from the date of dispatch, provide proof of the purchase and that the product is in its original sealed packaging (it is unopened).
