A beautiful tea gift set that includes our favourite chai tea blends of wattleseed chai, peacock chai, and rooibos chai. 

Wattleseed Chai Tea

A caffeine-free chai tea blend with wattleseed, chicory root and classic chai spices. Wattleseed is part of the ancient Aboriginal bush food heritage and represents an irresistibly nutty, coffee or hazelnut flavour.

Peacock Chai Tea

A blend of black tea and natural wholesome spices including pink peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. This is a sticky chai tea held together by organic and vegan agave syrup. This helps keep the spices fresh as well as adding a gentle sweet aftertaste.

Rooibos Chai Tea

This blend switches out the black tea from traditional chai to Rooibos (a caffeine free plant) only grown in the small mountainous region in South West Africa; the Cederberg. It is blended with traditional Indian spices and packed with vitamins, minerals and polyphenols. 

To brew the peacock chai:
1 tsp to 200mL cup
100°C degree water temperature
2 min steep to enjoy as a black tea, or a 4 min steep time for milk tea

To brew the wattleseed or rooibos chai:
1 tsp to 200mL cup
100°C degree water temperature
3 min steep to enjoy as a black tea, or a 5 min steep time for milk tea

(always add milk first into your teacup before the hot tea. Reversing the order will risk denaturing the proteins in the milk making it less creamy)

Peacock Chai: Camellia Sinensis (tea plant), ginger, cloves, pepper berries, cinnamon, fennel, cardamon, black pepper, pink peppercorns, agave

Rooibos Chai: Rooibos, agave, ginger, cloves, pink and black peppercorns, pepper berries, cinnamon, fennel, and cardamom
