A caffeine free chai with Australian wattleseed, chicory root and eight wholesome organic spices.

This blend changes out the black tea from traditional chai with wattleseed and chicory root - delicious caffeine free alternatives.

Wattleseed is part of the ancient Aboriginal bush food heritage and represents an irresistibly nutty, coffee or hazelnut flavour. Chicory root is a famous coffee alternative that matches the flavour without the caffeine. 

This Australian chai is perfect to enjoy with or without milk.

0.5 tsp to 200mL cup

100°C degree water temperature

2 min steep to enjoy as a black tea, or 4+ mins steep time for milk tea

(always add milk first into your teacup before the hot tea. Reversing the order will risk denaturing the proteins in the milk making it less creamy)

This is a single infusion tea

Wattleseed, chicory, ginger, cloves, pink and black peppercorns, pepper berries, cinnamon, fennel, and cardamom
