English Breakfast: A black tea sourced from a single-estate from the pristine mountain range of Kandy, Sri Lanka. Graded as an orange pekoe pluck; this black tea is a high grade premium leaf. It is aromatic, bright, and perfect to drink as a black tea with or without milk.

Lemon Myrtle Ginger: A zesty twist on the classic lemongrass and ginger tea with the added native Australian botanical, lemon myrtle. The lemon myrtle addition makes this tea fresh and vibrant. This tea can be enjoyed hot or as an iced tea (see brewing guide below).

About the glass teapot:

Beautifully formed 450mL glass teapot with removable, click-fit 304 stainless steel strainer. The strainer mesh is fine enough to prevent small tea particles from passing through but large enough to allow for a good quality steep.

Formed from borosilicate glass it’s heat treated and presents perfectly as a gift or for home usage. After years of hospitality experience we've settled on this style of teapot as the perfect balance between a hardy teapot resistant to breakage, easy to clean, large enough for a quality brew while also being elegant to use.

The stainless steel strainer dimensions:

7cm (width) x 7.5cm (depth/height)

To brew the English Breakfast tea:
1 tsp to 200mL cup

100°C degree water temperature

2 min steep to enjoy as a black tea, or a 4 min steep time for milk tea

(always add milk first into your teacup before the hot tea. Reversing the order will risk denaturing the proteins in the milk making it less creamy)

To brew the Lemon Myrtle Ginger:
1 tsp to 200mL cup
100° C water temperature
4 min steep time (this tea can be steeped twice. Add an extra 1 minute to the second infusion).

To make the Lemon Myrtle Iced Tea:
1.5 teaspoon to 200mL cup
100° C, 10 min steep time
Add sweetener (sugar, agave, or honey) to taste while warm (but not hot)
Allow to cool and serve over ice with fresh fruit garnish.

English Breakfast: Camellia Sinensis (tea plant)

Lemon Myrtle Ginger: Lemongrass, lemon myrtle, ginger and calendula petals

(all products are organic)
