Founded 3 years ago by Tea Sommelier Sarah and husband Ruan, Impala + Peacock celebrates both sides of the tea story. The Impala represents the humble origins of an ordinary tea plant worked and picked by communities all over the world. In contrast, the Peacock embodies the sophistication and elegance of the final tea ceremony. It's the modern yin-yang of the common and the extravagant, the Impala and the Peacock.
